Our Wines

At Aleksander Estate Winery we focus on making small batch, high quality wines that capture and reflect the characteristics of each vintage.  We feature both the classic grape varietals and a series of specialty fruit wines all of which are 100% locally grown, truly allowing one to taste the region.

Our Vineyard

Our wines are grown in the vineyard.  Nestled atop one of the highest points in the county, our five acre vineyard is home to four grape varieties including Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin.  This naturally protected site allows the grapes to grow and express each growing season.  As grape growers and winemakers we monitor our vineyard closely to ensure the grapes are at their best when harvested.  Our grapes are hand harvested only for maximum berry quality.

For the Bemben family, Aleksander Estate Winery is the connection that brings family, friends, spirit, food and drink together.  Being in the wine industry for over 20 years, Alex, wife Genny, daughter Izabela and son Lukasz create an environment where team work is fundamental.  Just like the sun, rain and soil are to the vine, each member is to the winery.  Respect and appreciation for the vine and its wine is the driving force for quality wines, the pleasure and joy it brings naturally follow.  We invite you to visit.
