A sexy, seductive and powerful wine all in one, Pinot Noirs have the ability to draw one in with its tantalizing aromas and then surprise you with its strength and structure. A fabulous tease it leaves the consumer desiring more and more.

This is my favourite time of the year in the vineyard as I look forward to sore hands, legs, muddy boots, cold weather and never ending rows. Aside from that, pruning season is where we prepare the vineyard not only for the year ahead, but for years to come. This is what I love.

It is important to note that different wines mature at different rates. Traditionally, the older the wine the better, but most wines available today are meant to be drunk within two years of purchase, but for those intended to be aged, we would expect the following.
