Steak and Blue Cheese Double Baked Potatoes

A great steak on the grill and these potatoes make a perfect and simple hearty meal that compliments a bottle of AEW Shiraz.

Bake potatoes on the BBQ or oven. When done, hollow out the potato. In a bowl mix the potato, a dallop of sour cream, bacon, mushrooms (pre-fry the bacon and mushrooms together) and blue cheese. Re-stuff the potato shells with filling. Top with some crumbled blue cheese and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
